PSA-2007
CCLI#5840793 “Bring Me Up.” Praise song based on Matthew 17:1-8, which is the transfiguration of our Lord, and
John 4:14, the well-spring of life. Words and
music by Dr. Norm Wick.
When Jesus led three of His closest disciples up to the top of a high mountain, His face shone like the sun and his garments became dazzling white. Then after seeing Jesus speak to Moses and Elijah, Peter proclaimed "Lord, it is good for us to be here." Peter's words express a wonderful mindset for Christians coming together to sing at the start of worship.
Recording Credits: Dr. Norm Wick, vocal solo & piano; backup vocals by Patty Ellis, Jenn Hartfield, Stan Liljekvist, Renee Martin, Brenda Sarles, Scott Schroeder, Elaine Wessels, and Cathy Zultner; Andrew Wick, guitar; Chris Hart, Bass; Jeff Ellis, drums.
